MAXDROP is a technologically advanced, multifunctional and single-head
machine designed for the production of cakes. The machine is adapted
to work with steamed, shortcrust, coconut, meringue, sponge cake or
muffins with pieces of fruit. Its purpose is to dispense many types of
cakes, such as single-color cakes, meringue, spice cakes, coconut
cakes, dumplings, matzahs or puff straw and sponge cake tops. MAXDROP
is equipped with a head that allows working with semi-liquid and hard
cakes. Special rollers, which have milled notches, are mounted in the
head. The speed of the rollers is adjustable. Part of the standard
equipment of the machine is a bar with rotating nozzles, which allows
adjusting the speed of rotation of the forming nozzles. It I51223973
is also possible to choose different types of forming tips. These can
be plastic or brass tips, making it possible to produce cakes with
many unique shapes.
The MAXDROP has a table equipped with a mechanism for adjusting the
speed of sheet travel. The machine works with baking sheets of 600x400
mm and 600x800 mm.
