Micro Brewery 10HL for Kombucha and Beer with Tank Farm
This brewery was installed in 2022 and it has been brewing various
types of kombucha, but it is also suitable for beer brewing. Complete
brewhouse was made by Premium Machinery Group (PMG), Hangzhou, China
in year 2022
1. Brewhouse
This is 2-vessel brewhouse with combined Brew Kettle / Whirlpool and
Kettle / Whirlpool (Mixing Tank). Both vessels have net volume of 1000
litres and they are made of SUS304 food grade, stainless steel,
outside passivated and inside polished. Vessels are electrically
heated with heating coils. All equipment is built on one stainless
steel platform and they consist of button control system cabinet, two
centrifugal pumps, piping and manual valves.
