Through a highly precise cutting process of all ingredients, it enables the use of parts such as stomachs, intestines, feet and tendons in the production of various types of sausages. This improves the taste and texture of the food. Colloid mills play a major role in the production of liver sausage, fillings and sauces. The correct amount of water and fat is crucial for the grinding process to run smoothly. To achieve maximum efficiency, the input product should contain 40% water and 20% fat.
