The system is a complete, turnkey solution including all necessary auxiliary equipment. The brewery is still installed and fully operational. The brewhouse has a capacity of 30 hl per brew and is capable of producing approximately 6–8 brews per day. It features a traditional three-vessel configuration equipped with a Meura mash filter for efficient wort separation.
