1 of used traypacker, make Kettner, type Traypac T-45. New 2001. Operating side right. With dual-lane LM divider and various LBP conveyors. Used to pack 330 and 500 ml PET bottles pre-packed in shrinkwrap film as total 4x6-packs on tray (long-side leading). Nordson hotmelt unit. Siemens S7 plc.

1 of used trayshrinkpacker, make Kisters (KHS), type 97/50. Built 1987 with new controls (Siemens S7, Rexroth servos) fitted in 2012. Originally used to pack the following loose beverage cans as 6x4-24 on tray with film: standard diameter 66 mm and sleek diameter 58 mm at a speed 50 trays/minute (splitter pin collating), as well as slim 53 mm diameter cans at 25-35 trays/minute (gating type collating). Last used to pack various cardboard multipacks (roller-bolt collating) on tray with or without film. Operates from left to right as seen from operator's station.

1 of used KHS/Kisters trayshrinkpacker model TSP 060 B (Basic) TPFO (suitable for packaging loose products as tray, tray + film, pad + film or film-only), new 2010, Rockwell (Allen Bradley) plc, capacity upto 60 packs/minute, operating direction: left to right. Can handle both clear and print-registered film. Quick change-over via servos and spindles. This equipment was originally supplied to pack diameter 66.5 mm (500 ml) and 67 mm (600 ml) PET bottles as 4x3=12 or 6x4=24 bottles loose either as tray + film, pad + film, or Film-Only. Only ran as Film-Only from day one. Last used for food cans 73 mm as 3x2=6 and 4x3=12 as well as 99 mm as 3x2=6 on tray + film.
