1 of used swing-top bottling line. Originally used for filling beer
(2°C) in 330 ml printed/sleeved glass bottles (D 60 mm x H 230 mm)
with swing-top closures, at a speed of ± 1.900 bph. Additional
size-parts included for 500, 750 und 1.000 ml bottles. Last used for
bottling liquors. Wired for 415V/50Hz. Line hardly used and hence in
excellent condition! Line consists of:Bottle feed table with 5 rows of
stainless steel slat, stainless frame, with inliner and variable speed
drive, new 2006. 1 lot interconnecting empty- and full bottle
conveyors, stainless steel slat and frame, new 2006. 1
rinser/filler monobloc, make Cime Careddu (Italy), type DPS 9-8, new
2006, 9-head rotary rinser, no-bottle/no-spray, 8-head rotary
counter-pressure filler with double pre-vac (built-in vacuum pump),
height adjustable min/max 180 – 350 mm, diameter min/max 50 – 90
mm, CIP to drain, with Telemecanique plc and vfd, operates from left
to right. 1 swing-top capper, make AMS Getränketechnik (Austria),
type BV 8/2000/0,33/1, new 2006, E4418739 height adjustable min/max
diameter 60 – 85 mm, min/max height 190 – 320 mm, with Siemens S7
plc and SEW vfd, max speed 2.000 bph. 1 ink-jet coding system make
Maplejet type ProDigit, new 2010. 1 bottle accumulation table with vfd
drive, stainless steel. 1 top and bottom carton sealing machine
(self-adheisve tape) make SOCO System, type T-10, new 1998. 1 Kaeser
Aircenter SX 4 screw compressor, new 2011.
