Description:	Frozen meat cutters VELATI F4 used machine The Velati F4 continuous meat cutter, made entirely from stainless steel, has been designed to transform a block of meat into meat pieces, using a blade system specially devised to avoid damaging or crushing the meat. A combined blade structure, consisting of an oscillating guillotine blade and circular saw blades, allows the meat to be processed at various temperatures and cuts both the lean and fat meat. The machine can produce up to 8-10 tons per hour. Velati meat cutter is driven by a conveyor, whose speed can be adjusted via a variator, allowing both the hourly production rate and the thickness of the cut pieces to be controlled. Velati meat cutter is equipped with inverter which regulate the feed belts. The F4 models is equipped with touch-screen control and PLC which can configure and store the different work programmes.
