Used cable pelletizing system for mixed and stranded cables. The machine has been overhauled and equipped with new tools. The turbine was re-mounted and the control panel was replaced. In addition, the material inlet control has been activated so that the machine can be used automatically. The hourly output depends on the cable up to approx. 250 kg/hour when using a 5 mm sieve insert. The attached video shows the system in combination with the dosing tank and plastic loading. This BA 40.30 granulator was part of a cable recycling plant. These granulators were used by Tecnoecology and MG Recycling. With a rotor length of 400 mm and a diameter of 300 mm, the granulator can handle up to about 500 kg/hour of old cables. The granulator has its own control box with control panel and can therefore also be used standing alone. The granulator comes with several sieves and knife sets.
