A 2004 Pallman granulator, model PS8-6 F4/4. Granulators cut plastic scrap down to a consistent flake through a rotor and screen, ready for reprocessing, compounding or sale as regrind.
When choosing a used granulator, check the screen size, rotor and blade condition, motor power and feed opening against the material you need to process. A well-matched granulator turns sprues, runners, rejects and post-industrial scrap into a consistent regrind that can go straight back into production or be sold as a reprocessed material.
