This cable peeler is an immediately available used machine. It is workshop-tested and equipped with new knives. The Maxi 100 is an enormously versatile cable slitting machine with vertical cutting blades. No matter how thick or thin the insulation is, the cables are peeled to a tenth of a millimeter. Due to the strong interlocking, the cables do not slip, but are transported reliably. Damaged or thinner or thicker areas in the wiring harness are also well transported by the spring-mounted pull wheels. Blunt knives can be easily and inexpensively resharpened with a standard grinder. The Maxi 100 is suitable for practically any cable. The JMC 407 is the top seller among our alligator scissors. It is cost-effective, has a sufficient blade length and enough power for most metal recycling tasks. It is suitable for cutting many materials, such as profiles, pipelines, motors, cables or gearbox housings. The shears are also often used for cleaning scrap metal or cutting vehicle radiators. The machine has a control system without electronics and a manually adjustable hold-down device, which also acts as a protective cover. Using the foot pedal, the scissors can be used in single or continuous operation. The opening width can be adjusted using simple clamping screws. Used cable pelletizing system for mixed and stranded cables. The machine has been overhauled and equipped with new tools. The turbine was re-mounted and the control panel was replaced. In addition, the material inlet control has been activated so that the machine can be used automatically. The hourly output depends on the cable up to approx. 250 kg/hour when using a 5 mm sieve insert. The attached video shows the system in combination with the dosing tank and plastic loading. These components can be supplied as an option. It is operated via a 63 amp connection at 400 V. The power consumption is 28 kW. The plant can be visited and tested at our premises. Machine for the processing of mixed waste cables, especially with fine conductors and stranded cables, The plant was most recently used for the post-cleaning of residual plastics from other cable recycling plants. Thanks to the rotor system with the 24 knife segments and the large flywheel masses, the system is also suitable for manual operation. The machine has a cooling unit that optimizes the granulator with a flow temperature of 0.5 °C for the use of heat-sensitive cables, such as NYM, etc. The control electronics of the system enable fully automatic operation in a line with pre-shredder, conveyor belt, dosing accumulator, etc. The machine includes several sets of knives and different sieves.
