This BA 40.30 granulator was part of a cable recycling plant. These granulators were used by Tecnoecology and MG Recycling. With a rotor length of 400 mm and a diameter of 300 mm, the granulator can handle up to about 500 kg/hour of old cables. The granulator has its own control box with control panel and can therefore also be used standing alone. The granulator comes with several sieves and knife sets.

This electric panel can also control a loading belt, exhaust fan, etc. The control was built in 2010 for internal tests and used for less than 100 hours. As an alternative, we can also fit a new e.motor 37kW on this grinder and manufacture a new control panel for the increased power at an additional cost.
