Robust, powerful and quiet dough mixer. Made of steel. The precise and simple mechanical construction ensures maximum durability and minimum maintenance of this spiral dough mixer. The power transmission system with BELT makes this device the quietest of its type. The special shape of the spiral and the rotation speed of the spiral synchronized with the rotation speed of the bowl brings the dough together in a few minutes and gives a larger volume and an airy structure to the dough. Thanks to the solid body, these spiral mixers are suitable for use in small bakeries and for well-hydrated dough mixtures. These machines provide an excellent test result and practically do not require maintenance.
