The TS300C is a professional chocolate melting tank designed to melt and keep large quantities of chocolate liquid for continuous feeding of tempering and enrobing machines. It has a 300 kg stainless steel tank with an integrated agitator, which ensures a uniform consistency and constant flowability – both when feeding with chocolate drops and solid blocks.

Heating is provided by a bain marie system, controlled by a thermoregulator that ensures stable G6330184 temperatures and preserves the organoleptic properties of the chocolate. The tank can optionally be equipped with a chocolate transfer system with screw conveyor as well as heated double-walled stainless steel piping, allowing direct and temperature-controlled delivery to downstream machines.
