Item 3.0 Grinding device for clamping device
The grinding unit for the clamping device can be removed and can also
be used on other machines.
It stands on an adjustable base plate installed under the hallway. The
opening is covered during normal operation.
The motor grinding unit, which is equipped with a cup grinding wheel,
can be adjusted in 2 axes by means of 2 slide units and an
intermediate stand.
The adjustment is done by hand via fine adjustment spindles.
When grinding the clamping device, the circular dividing table rotates
at a constant speed.
Grinding is a manual process.
Diameter, axial run and concentricity are checked with the measuring
device in station 4.
Pos. 4.0 Coolant system/chip disposal
A generously dimensioned chip and coolant channel leads around the
circular dividing table.
In the area of Unit 1, it is interrupted and leads coolant and chips
into the central system or onto the chip conveyor.
The chip conveyor integrated into the intermediate piece between unit
1 and the circular table substructure is connected to an intermediate
tank.
A float switch-controlled lifting pump pumps the coolant into the
paper belt filter system, which is attached to the main tank.
The paper belt filter system is equipped with an automatic paper
transport H51228030 controlled by a float switch.
A separate system keeps the coolant at a constant temperature. To do
this, the coolant is circulated in the main tank. To compensate for
the temperature of the entire system, there should always be a larger
amount of coolant in circulation.
