REMARK
Ideal machine for prototyping, for small batches or covering
production peaks, etc. Little used, top condition!
Compact vertical double-sided surface grinding machine for soft and
hard machining of e.g. car and groove vehicle brake discs (standard or
hard-coated (EURO7)) or other similar workpieces. As a demonstration
and prototype machine, only about 30,000 brake disc prototypes have
been ground from the end of 2020 to today. Clamping devices and
grinding wheels for many common brake discs are available and
included.
In addition, we W51224990 offer a "cooling section" that cools the
brake disc from approx. 200-250°C to a temperature of approx. 20°C
within approx. 30s (depending on the component) by means of water mist
after the laser hard coating, thus making it manageable and it can be
introduced into the subsequent double surface grinding operation
without too much heat input. The emulsion used to grind the brake disc
can be used here.
