The Steiner MB 2000 with a usable capacity of 2000 litres is a
professional device that can be useful for various applications in the
food, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. It is equipped
with a weighing system, a heating jacket and a paddle mixer with
built-in Teflon scrapers, which enable accurate collection of the
product from the bottom of the tank and prevent burning.
The device can be helpful in a wide range of production processes,
such as mixing, heating, defrosting or melting ingredients. By using
cold water in the jacket instead of hot water or steam, it can also be
used to cool products.
Both the tank and the shaft with agitators are made of 304
acid-resistant steel. Teflon scrapers at the ends of the very sturdy
agitators effectively collect the product from the walls, preventing
burning during heating. The upper part of the tank is equipped with
two washing nozzles for effective cleaning of product residues.
The heating jacket, which can be powered by steam or hot water, is
insulated with glass wool for better thermal efficiency. The tank is
made of thick sheet metal, which ensures its rigidity and stability.
The bottom of the tank is inclined at 5 degrees towards the outlet,
which facilitates emptying. There are two loading hatches at the top.
The tank is equipped with a professional RHEWA weighing system with
Philips 5t strain gauge sensors, as well as very solid 304 steel
bases. It has a variety of connections for feeding additional
products, a flow meter, a temperature sensor, a pneumatic valve,
photocells for opening the hatches and a steam valve.
