It is a high-capacity semi-automatic machine capable of producing up
to 320 slices per minute and dicing up to 3,000 kg of meat or bacon
per hour, with a temperature range of minus 5°C to + 80°C.
It can be used for a wide range of applications, from slicing bone-in
meat with a special knife to dicing a variety of boneless materials.
The slicing quality is excellent, without splinters.
Multiplex system grid design, easy to clean and replace. The thickness
of the slicing function is adjustable from 0.5 to 32 mm.
The device ensures an optimal cutting blade.
The working area of the unit allows the preparation of 3 plastic
crates of raw material (approx. 150 kg). This worktable ensures
comfortable working conditions.
The machine is equipped with a semi-automatic lifting device. This
means that at the touch of a button, the next plastic crate is lifted
to the height of the work table. So there is no
manual effort is not required, even for less physically fit operators.
The lifting system can handle 5 plastic crates at a time.
The equipment has an extremely stable feed system, so that it can chop

Unloading is done with a conveyor belt discharger, the chopped
