KOLZER DGK36″ PVD sputtering machine was built in 2017. This specially constructed machine is used in the vacuum coating process, after which the workpieces are characterised by a metallic effect” with high resistance to abrasion and chemical agents, as well as innovative colours. The PVD sputtering process involves the expulsion of metal atoms from a target (evaporation material) placed in the working chamber, which are then transferred and deposited onto the surface of the workpieces. In this operation, the target is exposed to a technological vacuum, consisting of process gas and high voltage. At the end, the workpiece surfaces are cleaned and activated by the plasma installed in the machine. This solution offers virtually unlimited possibilities for coating any type of surface. In order to meet all demands and requirements, the KOLZER magnetron sputtering machine meets the hig ...

UF 150070301 MD PVD sputtering machine was built in 2015 in China by LONGKOU BITE VACCUM TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. This extremely high-tech machine is used in the vacuum coating process. The technological vacuum combined with the high voltage inside a chamber causes the expulsion of metal atoms from the target (evaporation material), which are then deposited on the surface of the workpieces. Workpieces treated in this way are characterised by a ″metallic effect″ with high resistance to abrasion and chemical agents. The offered LKBT magnetron sputtering machine has the necessary equipment, i.e. a high-vacuum diffusion pump, compressor and RITTAL chiller. It is also possible to purchase new titanium targets (20 pcs.), chrome targets (4-5 pcs.) and TiAl alloy targets (3-6 pcs.) for an additional charge. The price for a single piece is 1200 PLN. Technical specifications of the UF 150070 ...

GALACTIC GAVA 500 CAPVD PVD sputtering machine was built in 2022 in Poland. This extremely technically advanced system is designed to coat, among others, cutting tools, moulds and punches with super-durable coatings with high resistance to abrasion and chemical agents. The CAPVD (Cathodic Arc Physical Vapour Deposition) method used, compared to standard PVD methods, allows highly dense and adherent coatings to be produced with good deposition rates and thicknesses (± 5 nm). In the process, atoms from a source (cathode) placed in the working chamber are vaporised using an electric arc. These atoms then transfer and deposit onto the surface of the workpieces, creating a thin coating. The GAVA 500 PVD sputtering machine is equipped with all the necessary components of the best technical specifications and meets the highest industry standards. Technical specifications of the GALACTIC ...
