UF 150070301 MD PVD sputtering machine was built in 2015 in China by
LONGKOU BITE VACCUM TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. This extremely high-tech
machine is used in the vacuum coating process. The technological
vacuum combined with the high voltage inside a chamber causes the
expulsion of metal atoms from the target (evaporation material), which
are then deposited on the surface of the workpieces. Workpieces
treated in this way are characterised by a ″metallic effect″ with
high resistance to abrasion and chemical agents.
The offered LKBT magnetron sputtering machine has the necessary
equipment, i.e. a high-vacuum diffusion pump, compressor and RITTAL
chiller. It is also possible to purchase new titanium targets (20
pcs.), chrome targets (4-5 pcs.) and TiAl alloy targets (3-6 pcs.) for
an additional charge. The price for a single piece is 1200 PLN.
