The in-store baking oven "MINI 8 RD" works with a moving baking
atmosphere. A rotating axial fan mounted in the underside of the oven
directs the air evenly to the baked goods via the heating rods. The
special feature of the in-store oven "MINI 8 RD" lies in the second
transparent baking chamber door at the back of the oven. This makes it
possible to integrate the in-store baking oven into a sales counter
and to enable the customer to directly observe the baking process via
the glass back wall.
The oven is also equipped with a fully electronic pictogram control
system, which is particularly distinguished by its simplicity of
operation. All functions of the furnace are taken over by this control
system, and the necessary operating procedures are thus reduced to a
minimum. It enables automatic baking according to programmed baking
parameters. A maximum of 7 different baking programs can be stored in
the program memory.
