YASKAWA MOTOMAN AR2010 robotic welding station was built in 2020 in Japan by Yaskawa Electric Corporation. The system is specially designed for precision arc welding of workpieces. The machining process is performed by a YASKAWA 6-axis robot, distinguished by, among others, its clever design and robust arm with an increased range of movement. An arm reach of 2010 mm and a payload of 12 kg enable the welding of large and complex structures, while maintaining a high dynamic and repetitive process. Thanks to its compact, slightly curved design, the robot achieves excellent efficiency even in a small amount of space.
