The Velati F4 continuous meat cutter, made entirely from stainless steel, has been designed to transform a block of meat into meat pieces, using a blade system specially devised to avoid damaging or crushing the meat. A combined blade structure, consisting of an oscillating guillotine blade and circular saw blades, allows the meat to be processed at various temperatures and cuts both the lean and fat meat. The machine can produce up to 8-10 tons per hour.
