The machine is designed for the filling of still and carbonated beverages. It processes bottles with 28 mm closures and integrates the process steps of bottle handling, filling and capping in a compact machine design. Used blow moulding machine made by KRONES model Contiform S18. New 2004. It has 18 blow moulding stations. The maximum blow moulding speed is 24,000 bottles per hour for the 2.0 l format and 28,000 bottles per hour for the 1.5 l format. In February 2024, the machine was upgraded to support the PCO 2622 thread. The blow moulding machine has an integrated control system with visualisation in Polish, English and German. A complete set of documentation is included with the blow moulding machine. The blow moulding machine includes: an automatic glycol cooler, an automatic preform feeder, an automatic preform basket tipper and a bottle ejector mounted on an air transport conveyor.
