The Pisces FR-200 , "J" Type is a high-speed, automated fish filleting
machine designed for medium to large fish species, offering efficient
processing with minimal manual intervention.
Operation Overview
The FR-200 processes head-off fish, either eviscerated or
non-eviscerated. Fish are placed onto the feed system, transported by
drive belts over belly cutting blades and a cleaning wheel, then past
backbone removal blades. The backbone and offal are ejected into a
waste chute. The two halves are guided past and ejected.
The machine can be transforme to a full FR200
