Description:	Volcanosquare MATEC square used machine Volcanosquare MATEC The inventor and developer of the Volcanoring has been dealing with logs and their pyrolytic burning for 40 years. By installing a log firing system with heat exchanger in his house, he got to know the primary and secondary air ducts for optimal burning of wood with minimal smoke development and minimal ash accumulation. On this basis, Ari Schär developed the Volcanoring with comparable properties for wood burning. This grill draws the air via an adjustable hole system in the base area of the bowl. The incoming air is preheated by the heat radiation downwards before it comes to the fire. As a result, the wood burns off at a temperature of around 1000°C and leaves very little ash with little smoke development when the burning temperature is reached. When firing, the smoke development is correspondingly greater than when the operating temperature is reached. Thanks to this burning, the grill plate is heated to approx. 250°C within approx. 20 minutes, which allows the grilling to start quickly. The plate is hotter indoors than at the edge, which is why it is easy to find the right temperature for the grilled food. Vegetables, meat, fish, hash browns, fried eggs with bacon, etc. are cooked in their own juice with the addition of a little oil or fat according to personal taste. The plate is slightly inclined inwards so that the excess fat or residues go into the fire. At the end of grilling, the surface, which was originally treated with olive oil, can be freed with the spatula from the residues, which in turn migrate into the middle fire. If you want to enjoy an espresso after a meal, you can use the ital. Place the espresso M4421712 machine on the plate and thus save the use of electricity or gas. A pan for boiling water or for other kitchen inserts can also be heated on the Volcanoring.
