Labeler was manufactured in 2007 and it has two label applicators, both with two label reels with automatic splicing from one reel to another. It is suitable for labelling glass, plastic and metal containers with wrap-around labels. Two narrow strips of hotmelt, which are applied by a heated glue roller to the leading and trailing label edges, glue the labels together. Container plates are driven by a toothed belt and servomotor. Overview The PET bottling line mainly contains machines from Krones and Meypack and was installed in 2011 in a German mineral water company. It was operated in the same location with a returnable PET bottling line and the two lines were sharing the same filler. Therefore the number of operating hours on the machines of this line are very low, as mainly returnable PET bottles were produced. The filler will we kept inside the returnable PET bottling line, therefore the line is sold without a filler.
