THE ultimate universal hardness testing machine - all-rounder:
stand-alone or fully automatic hardness gradients (requires motor XY
table)
This hardness testing machine sets the reference in the current state
of the art.
The basic function is based on a test head lowering to the test piece
on which a turret head with up to 8 positions is installed. This is
particularly advantageous if the test piece is very heavy or if an
automatic feeding system is to be used. In addition, the user does not
have to worry about focusing: The automatism finds the correct test
height / focus distance automatically (detecting search).
The desired hardness test method can be conveniently selected on the
large touchscreen monitor. Now the operator presses START and the
automated test begins:
- automatically pivots the turret head to the correct indenting body/
lens
- the sample surface is contacted and focused by means of a search
drive (Vickers / Brinell)
- now the test impression is generated force-controlled
- after that, the integrated image analysis software automatically
evaluates the hardness impression
- the test software IMPRESSIONS shows the hardness value Vickers /
Brinell / Rockwell together with conversion
- Outstanding precision in combination with the "High Definition"
image analysis
