The chemical pretreatment for the use of nanotechnology or phosphating
consists of 3 stages in 1 spray chamber. Chemical spray H51256760
pretreatment works in time and this means that the workpieces are
manually pushed into the chamber. After closing the doors, the passage
starts and the pumps start spraying. Each pump has different spray
times. After the spraying process is finished, there is an alarm
indicating that the door can be opened and the workpiece can be pulled
out. All pre-treatment functions are controlled by the main control
panel. Stage 1 is heated with a 72 kW electric heater
