Fully automatic production line for the manufacture of FFP2 dust masks (KN95). Stable and efficient production of single-use dusk masks with FFP2 protection class (KN95) and made of 4-5 layers of material. Production procedure: Material feeding from roll (up to 5 layers) | feeding, cutting and ultrasonic welding of the nose-bridge | ultrasonic welding of the ear strap | folding and shaping of the mask | ultrasonic welding of the mask edges | punching (separating) and ejection. The tension of the feed materials can be controlled separately for each material. By changing the templates, masks of different sizes and styles can be produced.
