KlicK board plasterboard production machine was built in 2020 in
Poland. The system has been specially designed for the production of
innovative gypsum boards, which are used in residential and commercial
construction. It features a number of state-of-the-art components with
the best technical parameters, which significantly facilitate and
accelerate the entire production cycle.
The KlicK board plasterboard is distinguished by a unique snap-in
section in the form of a click profile. This enables the board to be
quickly and easily assembled at right angles, resulting in a stable
outside corner. Simply fold the board along the profile and it clicks
into the desired shape. During transport, the profile is secured by a
transport strip, which is removed when the drywall is delivered to the
assembly site. All this makes KlicK board an enormous saving in labour
time.
The entire production process is fully automatic. A scissor lift in
cooperation with a pusher lifts and then moves the gypsum boards into
the workspace. Inside the workspace, there is, among others, an glue
application system and milling heads, which make precise V-grooves
and/or cut the boards to the required size. The resulting product is
ready for further transport and assembly.
The plasterboard machining line is fully complete and consists of the
following components:
– scissor lift
– pusher with pickers
– milling M6351405 heads
– belt conveyor
– PREO E3P1014E2 glue application system
– control cabinet
