BAYKAL APHS 31120 CNC hydraulic press brake was built in 2020 in Turkey by BAYKAL MAKINA SANAYI VE TICARET A.Ş. The machine, which is designed for machining of the sheet metal with a maximum length of 3100 mm, is distinguished by its high reliability, efficiency and precision. Thanks to full electronic synchronisation with proportional valve technology, the installed CNC control constantly monitors and corrects the parallelism of the beam. The use of this solution ensures maximum bending accuracy and repeatability during even the most intense challenges. To increase operator safety, the workspace is protected by the FIESSLER AKAS laser safety system, which automatically stops the machine if the laser beam is interrupted. All this is complemented by a high-quality design made of ST44-2 steel, with no cavities for minimum deflection under full load.

The APHS 31120 CNC press brake is offered with an extensive range of equipment, consisting of, among others, a high-end DELEM CNC control and a servo-driven back stop. To this date, the machine has been in operation for just 86 hours. The total weight of the machine is 8400 kg.
