BAYKAL APHS 31440 CNC hydraulic press brake was built in 2020 in Turkey by BAYKAL MAKINA SANAYI VE TICARET A.Ş. The machine, designed for machining sheet metal with a maximum length of 3100 mm, is distinguished by its high precision, efficiency and reliability. Thanks to full electronic synchronisation with proportional valve technology, the installed CNC control constantly monitors and corrects the parallelism of the beam. The use of this solution maximises the accuracy and repeatability of the bending workpieces. The workspace, in turn, is protected by the FIESSLER AKAS laser safety system, which automatically stops the machine if the laser beam is interrupted. All this is complemented by a design made from high-grade ST44-2 steel, which maintains maximum stability during even the most intensive challenges.
