Tetra Pak Capper 60 Cap applicator, previously used for Tetra Top 200 and 250 ml Mini cartons with a A5 38 screwcap. This cap applicator was running in combination with a Tetra Pak TT/3 2000 carton filler. The applicator has a small footprint. Number of productions hours: 5.268 h. Applying caps quickly and accurately. The Tetra Pak Capper 60 uses a feeding screw and six torque- and speed-adjustable rotary capping heads to apply caps on stationary packages. Change package heights within the same bottom format in only five minutes. Control panel with Allen-Bradley CompactLogix L36ERM PLC and separate operation panel with Tetra Pak touch screen panel.
