SCHNELL SHEAR LINE 300 rebar cutting and bending line was built in 2008 in Italy by Schnell S.p.a. The electrical installation was overhauled in 2024. The SCHNELL SHEAR LINE 300 is a reliable system designed for serial machining of rebar with a maximum diameter of 50 mm. It integrates all the necessary equipment that is responsible for cutting, bending, optimising, storing and handling bars. The entire production cycle, from feeding to the collection of the finished parts, is performed fully automatically.
