The Moravek BC15 is a single column carbonator designed for inline pre carbonation of beer or Cider (as well as mineral water) prior to counterpressure filling. Carbonation range 2g/litre to 8g/litre. This carbonator can be used for automatic saturation or re-saturation of water, mineral water, wine, juices, pre-mixed drinks and beer.

Consists of Moravek BF sterile filtration unit with Parker DH filter housings for 1.00 and 0.45 micron filter elements, bottle loading table, Harlands Proteus full wraparound self adhesive labeller, ink jet coder, Moravek BC15 beer process control unit with inbuilt carbonator processor and filling machine pressure control system coupled to a Moravek 12/12/1 counter-pressure rinser/filler/crowner with double pre-evacuation, Mapex Flo level detector with faulty bottle rejector, Cheops Termopak tray/pad shrinkpacker and inter-connecting conveyors. Moravek 5SA portable menu-fed CIP set, swing bend plate and associated pipework. Line originally ran at 2.300 bph of 500 m (D 75 x H 225 mm, 26 mm crown-corks), packed as 4x2 and 4x3 on tray/pad + shrinkwrap film. Last used for 330 ml LongNeck bottles (D 60 x H 227 mm).

Used for 330 ml (D 60.7 x H 227 mm), speed 2.500 - 3.000 bph, and 500 ml (D 69 x H 245 mm) speed 2.200 - 2.500 bph, packed as either 4x2=8 or 6x4=24 bottles per tray or pad. Equipment new 2015.
