4 HOSOKAWA mills used machines

Impact forming mill is used for dry and fine grinding of brittle materials with a hardness of up to 3 Mohs. the impact fine grading mill combines efficient impact grinding with efficient classification in one unit. The supplied materials are thrown into the liner by the milling tools at a speed of 60-130m/s and then shredded. the ground material is transported to the integrated cashier for processing by means of air and rotation of the grinding tool. the fineness can then be infinitely adjusted via the speed of the classifier. Particles that are too large are sorted out by classifiers and end up in the grinding zone for continuous comminution.
