ZINSER 2425-I plasma cutting machine was built in 2013 in Germany by
ZINSER GmbH. The machine, which is designed for precision cutting,
marking and bevel cutting of tubes and sheet metal, has AC servo
drives with precision planetary gears that guarantee excellent
handling characteristics at high speeds and rapid direction changes.
For the machining process, plasma or oxy-fuel torches are used, which
move along the large work table on two linear guides. A sturdy portal
structure with an efficient filtration system further eliminates any
contamination, leaving the work area safe and comfortable. All this is
complemented by a state-of-the-art CNC control with touchscreen. The
ZINSER 2425 plasma cutting machine weighs 1325 kg.
