Complete Wild Goose Meheen glass bottle filling system suitable for
beer, cider, cocktails, carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks,
kombucha, wine, and other beverages. Filler is in top condition having
only about 50 operating hours The nominal capacity is up to 2,400
bottles per hour.
The system comprises a Meheen counter-pressure filler with six filling
nozzles, crown cap sorter, rinser, two bottle cradling plates for
different bottle sizes, ML labeller, inkjet date coder, and a large
hopper for crown cap feeding.
All Wild Goose Meheen filling systems operate with fully pneumatic
processes, with no electric motors, gears, or bearings in the filling
mechanism, ensuring high durability and low annual maintenance
requirements.
The counter-pressure filler is equipped with CO₂ double
pre-evacuation to remove air from bottles prior to filling, and an
adjustable CO₂ rapid pulse before crowning to minimize foaming.
Responsive auto-fill detection monitors inlet pressure at the start of
each fill cycle and automatically adjusts fill levels to compensate
for pressure variations.
The semi-automatic rinser is activated when the bottle cradling plate
is inserted into the rinser, and water flow is automatically stopped
when bottles are transferred to the filling station.
The complete filling line is controlled via a user-friendly full-color
touchscreen HMI with Wild Goose software, supporting both automatic
and manual operation modes.
