Lightnin Series 10 twin stage 3 blade propellor mixer, 7.5kw, 1450rpm, 46 dia swept dia, 3 mixing shaft and 7 wide side mounted baffle plates. 2 off 3 top connections, 1 off 6 top connection. 24 hinged manway cover with safety interlocked grid. 8 flush fitting outlet valve. At the base of the vessel there is a pneumatically operated outlet valve with a 3 outlet. Outlet to ground is 800mm. Overall height 4.5m. 2 matching available.
WEBSTERS jacketed 316 grade stainless steel process vessel 2.0m dia x 2.56m effective depth, gross capacity approx 7729 litres. Vessel has a dished top and a dished bottom with product outlet. The vessel is rated at atmospheric pressure @ 150C, the stainless steel heating jacket is rated at 10.34 Bar design pressure at 150C. Top mounted anchor style scraped surface agitator in combination with a contra rotating two stage mixer with 4 turbine blade pitched at 45, driven by two motors; 2.5kw 415v 143-1430rpm variable speed gearbox and a 6.8kw 415v 142-1420rpm via variable speed gearboxes. The vessel is mounted onto a painted steel frame. Previously used on personal care products.
