VOORTMAN V630 + HS540 beam drill line was built in the Netherlands. An easy-to-use machine with wide machining capabilities, allows to significantly increase the productivity of any industrial plant by fully automatic drilling, countersinking and threading of metal workpieces. All of this while maintaining low operating costs, high productivity and excellent precision.

The VOORTMAN V630/1000A beam drilling machine consists of the following parts:
– VOORTMAN V630 drilling unit
– PEHAKA HS 540/1100 GBS band saw
– roller conveyor

The production line uses top-quality components from renowned brands to reduce size deviation tolerances and improve the quality of the final product. These include among others drilling heads with automatic 6-position tool changers for drills for various types of workshop work. During machining, the profile is fed to and from the workstation on a specially designed roller conveyor with two measuring wheels. Its greatest advantages are the high accuracy of the feed, flexibility of use and the absence of a rail, which allows the material to be fed into the M4451405 machine from two sides.
