Our pallet wrapper "Starter" is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper,
perfect if you no longer want to wrap your pallets by hand or are
looking for an inexpensive backup device.
Our Vogel Starter is possibly the cheapest pallet wrapper from
European production, and without compromising on quality.
In contrast to our other pallet wrappers, the number of options here
is very limited, because here we wanted a pallet wrapper that could be
produced as cheaply as possible through the greatest possible
standardization and covered many applications.
With the 3 programs, you can set how fast the foil carriage and
turntable run and whether you want a "cross winding" or
or "just wrap up". Head windings and foot windings can also be saved
for each program.
You can easily control the brake tension using the mechanical foil
brake.
The programs can be protected by a password, so that the user can only
choose from the stored programs.
With a weight of 280 kg, this model is suitable for loads of up to
1200 kg.
Our Starter pallet wrappers have a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap
pallets up to 2100 mm high as standard.
Automatic recognition of your pallets (via photocell) is just as much
a matter of course as adjustable head and foot windings.
If the wrapper is to be used in a different place in between, it can
be easily removed via integrated
Lift and move cutouts with a forklift.
