Our Profiline is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper, which guarantees
absolutely consistent results thanks to up to 32 storable programs and
thus offers the safe exclusion of the "human factor".
With the electromagnetic brake, the tension of the film can be
precisely stored in the individual steps (foot winding, winding up /
head winding / winding down) in the programs.
As part of the programs, you can also adjust how fast the foil
carriages and turntables run.
Head windings, foot windings and the overlapping of the film at the
end of the pallet can also be stored for each program.
In this way, you can store individual programs for each packing scheme
in order to achieve ever more perfect winding results.
The programs can be protected by password, so that the user can only
choose from the stored programs.
With a weight of 420 kg, this model is designed for loads of up to
1200 kg (optionally also possible up to 2000kg).
Our Profiline has a 1500 mm turntable and can wind pallets up to 2500
mm high as standard.
Automatic recognition of your pallets (via photocell) is just as much
a matter of course as adjustable head and foot windings.
If the wrapper is to be used in a different place in between, it can
be easily lifted and moved with a forklift via integrated cut-outs.
