Our KVK 3 Automatic is a popular machine. This automatic stretch wrapper with turntable, which, unlike the KVK 3, independently applies the film to the pallet and also separates it again after the wrapping cycle. The winding can also be conveniently started by remote control. No more getting off the forklift, no more bending down to attach the film to the pallet.

It is also equipped with a pre-stretch system for 250% elongation. Thanks to the pre-stretching system, you can produce up to 3.5m of film on the pallet from 1m of film on the roll and thus reduce your material consumption enormously. In addition, this system creates only a minimum application tension, so that even light packaged goods are not pulled from the turntable.

With a weight of 700 kg, this model is very stable and designed for loads of up to 2000 kg. The KVK 3 Automatic has a 1650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2400 mm high as standard.

With adjustable speeds of the turntable and foil slide, as well as a power stretch unit that can be controlled via potentiometer, you can adapt the automated winding perfectly to your product. Automatic recognition of your pallets (via photocell) is just as much a matter of course as adjustable head and foot windings. There are programs available for "up only" winding, "up & down" (cross winding), as well as "rainproof" winding. If necessary, the winder can also be controlled manually.

If the wrapper is to be used in a different place in between, it can be easily lifted and moved with a forklift via integrated cut-outs.

Options: In addition to a suitable ramp and a photocell for the detection of dark packaged goods or black film, the KVK 3 Automatic can also be optionally varied in the winding height (up to 3200 mm).

This model is our clear recommendation if you wrap very light packaged goods or stretch more than approx. 30 pallets a day and the film should be applied or separated automatically.
