Our "Basic" pallet wrapper is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper made in
Europe, which guarantees absolutely consistent results thanks to up to
10 storable programs and thus offers the safe exclusion of the "human
factor".
With the electromagnetic brake, the tension of the film can be
adjusted to your needs and stored in the programs.
As part of the programs, you can also adjust how fast the foil
carriages and turntables run. Head windings and foot windings can also
be saved for each program. In this way, you can store individual
programs for each packing scheme in order to always achieve perfect
winding results.
With a weight of 260 kg, this model is suitable for loads of up to
1200 kg
Our Basic Pallet Wrapper has a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets
up to 2000 mm high as standard. Automatic recognition of your pallets
(via photocell) is just as much a matter of course as adjustable head
and foot windings. If the wrapper is to be used in a different place
in between, it can be easily lifted and moved with a forklift via
integrated cut-outs.
