VM PLC CONTROLLED POWDER COATING RECIPROCATOR
The powder coating reciprocator is designed for automated painting
applications. It ensures perfect coating of the work pieces passing in
front of it by moving the spray guns up and down in a single axis.
It moves in one axis along the vertical guide column, providing
maximum performance under daily working conditions withstanding
continuous load.
The brake drive motor and gearbox have been choiceed to ensure the
reciprocator’s long life and performance under heavy working
environment conditions. The mechanical system design with chain or
belt provides silent and vibration-free vertical movement.
Perfect coating is achieved with easy adjustment of stroke and
speed.
RECIPROCATOR CONTROL UNIT
• Remote control panel 7" 65K color hand touch LCD screen,
• Two reciprocators can be controlled independently from the same
display,
• Spray guns connected to the reciprocator can be started and
terminated from the touch panel,
• Vertical speed and stroke settings can be easily made on the LCD
screen,
• Run time and speeds are monitored on the screen during operation,
• In the event of a fault, the cause of the fault can be seen on the
error page, this feature provides ease of use and adjustment,
• Reciprocator settings are memorized for 10 different V51261515

• PLC interface can be customized in any language upon customer
request
