VLB GROUP ECO 92 NC2 tube bending machine was built in 2022 in
Portugal by the VLB Group. The machine has only undergone a test run
and has not been used in production conditions.
The machine is used for precision bending of tubes and profiles with a
maximum diameter of 92 mm. All machining parameters are programmed in
an advanced industrial controller with a touchscreen. It allows
precise basic movements, i.e. bending angle (Y axis) and tube rotation
(Z axis), to be performed fully electrically. The distance between
bends (X axis) is, in turn, precisely set using mechanical stops.
Thanks to the technical solutions used, the offered ECO 92 NC2 mandrel
bending machine is the perfect choice for high-quality workpiece
bending in small and medium series. The total weight of the machine is
2420 kg.
