Electric-powered mobile pallet tilter. Extremely versatile and compact, handles more than 20 pallets per hour (maximum capacity: 1500 kg); it performs the change operation by tipping the load.

All Toppy equipment has been designed to handle even the heaviest loads with ease, and is equipped with safety systems to prevent accidents at work, with particular attention to GMP regulations to ensure appropriate quality standards. In the specific case of mobile pallet changers, all Toppy trucks are equipped with high safety standards.

Operation:
The pallet change operation takes place by tilting and rotating the product at 180°. The machine approaches the goods and inserts two forks under the pallet. Then, the forks inserted inside the pallet lift the product from M4458273 the base towards the two upper forks. The product is thus held firmly and safely. The product is rotated first at 90°, then 180°.

With the product turned around, the pallet is easily picked up by the operator, who can remove it manually and insert the final pallet; the product can then be rotated 180° again. Once these operations are completed, it is ready for use.
