TOMA LEN 63C eccentric press was manufactured in 2001 in Slovakia by
the TOMA company (formerly Smeral Trnava). The machine, which is
designed for precision machining of workpieces, is distinguished by
its high press force of 63 tonnes and rigid body. All machining
processes, i.e. punching, cutting and stamping are performed at two
different speeds.
The upgraded control system with inverter allows for stepless
adjustment of the flywheel speed as well as adjustment of the number
of strokes per minute. This solution makes it possible to precisely
synchronise the machine with the sheet feeder and the decoiler.
Furthermore, the LEN 63 C press has a factory control system for a
second, lower speed. This system, in turn, allows the machine to
maintain a constant press force at the maximum reduction of speed. The
total weight of the machine is 5850 kg.
