Machine for checking weight deviations from the nominal weight of a
series of similar objects. These deviations are then compared with the
previously set accepted weight limits and the weight trend of the
products from the production line on which the equipment is installed
is automatically calculated.
The machine consists of an electronic control panel and a main frame
on which the transporters weighing and carrying objects are
mounted.
The high-speed processing comparison system has a detector that
continuously converts the weighing plate position signal that changes
during weighing (the passage of an object through the weighing plate)
into an electrical F51260769 signal.
The weighing signal from the weighing plate is amplified and
electronically processed. It is converted to a number and a comparison
is made with the previously set accepted weight deviations. The item
is passed further onto the production line or rejected, depending on
whether it is within the set tolerances or not.
