- The drill head can be swivelled 360° around the column and is
height-adjustable.
- The gearbox is built with our traditional and tested technology for
the highest possible torque. Helical gears in combination of steel and
reinforced fiber material provide a high degree of efficiency, a low
noise level, as well as a long service life and an almost
maintenance-free transmission.
- The spindle is made of steel and ensures optimal concentricity of
the tool thanks to its adjustable tapered roller or ball bearing. The
machine has an adjustable spindle return spring. This allows the
restoring force to be adapted to the weight of the tool.
- Automatic feed (M model)
- When the preset drilling depth is reached, the spindle returns to
its original position. - The feed gearbox is equipped with automatic
overload protection, which starts when the drilling pressure is too
high. The feed can also be interrupted manually.
- High quality cast-iron rectangular table (500 x 400 mm), with
T-slots and oil channel. The stable table arm is height-adjustable and
can be swivelled 360° around the column.
- The steel drilling column guarantees long-term stability of the
machine and high precision and angular fidelity between the drill and
the table.
- Machined footplate with T-slots and oil gutter.
- The machine is fully equipped with a heat overload protection, a
voltage failure protection and an emergency switch.
